We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at our discretion. Active contracts and ongoing projects will continue to be honored under their respective agreed-upon scope.
3. User Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful project execution, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, access, and assets required for the project.
- Ensure that all provided materials (images, text, logos) do not violate copyright laws.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timelines to prevent project delays.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and refrain from any activity that disrupts our digital infrastructure.
4. Payments & Pricing
All pricing structures, whether packaged or customized, are explicitly outlined in your project proposal or invoice.
- Advance Payments: For project-based services (e.g., Web Development), a standard 50% upfront deposit is required before work commences. Monthly retainers (e.g., SEO, Social Media) are billed in advance at the start of the billing cycle.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of services or withholding of final project files.
Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible nature of digital services, labor, and strategy development, all sales and deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, solely at the discretion of Azam Digital Solutions, prior to the commencement of work.
5. Project Terms
Timelines: We strive to deliver all projects on or before the agreed deadline. However, timelines may be adjusted if there are delays in client feedback, requested scope changes, or unforeseen technical constraints.
Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as defined in the initial agreement. Additional revisions outside the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Approvals: Clients must review submitted deliverables within 7 business days. Lack of feedback within this period will be deemed as automatic project approval.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full and final payment, the ownership and copyright of the final deliverables (website, graphics, custom copy) are transferred to the client.
Azam Digital Solutions retains the right to feature the completed work in our agency portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed. Draft concepts, unused designs, and proprietary background code remain the exclusive property of Azam Digital Solutions.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business secrets. Azam Digital Solutions agrees to keep all proprietary client data, business strategies, and login credentials strictly confidential. We will not share your private information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we apply industry-leading strategies to maximize your success, the digital landscape is highly dynamic and subject to external variables.
No Guaranteed Results: Azam Digital Solutions does not guarantee specific sales targets, lead volumes, or #1 rankings on search engines, as these metrics are controlled by third-party algorithms (e.g., Google, Meta) and market forces.
Under no circumstances shall Azam Digital Solutions be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination Policy
Either party holds the right to terminate the service agreement by providing a 15-day written notice. Upon termination:
- The client is obligated to pay for all work and services rendered up to the termination date.
- Azam Digital Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate services without notice if the client breaches these terms, engages in unlawful activities, or demonstrates abusive behavior toward our staff.
10. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our marketing and web solutions often integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Azam Digital Solutions is not responsible for policy changes, algorithm updates, platform outages, or data breaches initiated by these external providers that may impact your campaigns.
11. Amendments
Azam Digital Solutions reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
This agreement, and any disputes arising out of it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall lie within the competent courts of Pakistan.
