Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information, requirements, and project specifications.
  • Ensure that the content provided to us complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Understand that revisions are limited as per agreed-upon project scope, and additional changes may incur extra fees.
  • Payment for services is due based on the agreement made at the beginning of each project.
  • Full payment or installments may be required depending on the project’s size and scope.
  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
  • Refunds are available if the project has not started or if mutually agreed upon for reasonable grounds.
  • Once work has commenced or is completed, refunds are generally not available.
  • Any disputes regarding services must be raised within 14 days of project delivery.
  • Azam Digital Solutions reserves the right to retain ownership of all original designs, creative content, and materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Clients are granted the usage rights for completed projects once full payment has been received.
  • We respect our clients’ privacy. All personal and business information shared during projects will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.
  • At Azam Digital Solutions, we are committed to upholding Islamic principles in our business practices. As part of this, we strictly do not feature women in any form of advertisement or promotional content. This is in adherence to the belief that using women in advertisements is Haram (prohibited in Islam).

  • Clients must ensure that the materials provided for digital marketing campaigns and content creation do not:

    • Promote illegal activities or hate speech.
    • Contain explicit, obscene, or inappropriate content.
    • Violate intellectual property rights.

    Azam Digital Solutions reserves the right to refuse projects that conflict with these values.

    • Azam Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
    • Clients assume full responsibility for the results achieved from the use of our services.
    • Azam Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of these updated terms.
